No animals of any kind may be brought into Torrey Pines State Beach at any time of year. Seeing eye, signal and service dogs are exempt; emotional support and comfort animals are not.
Drinking alcohol is prohibited year round, except in limited designated areas under a special event permit.
All fires are prohibited and there are no fire rings. A self standing charcoal or propane stove is allowed on the sand if it sits at least 6 inches clear of the ground, and coals and ashes must go in a hot coals container or leave with you.
Launching, landing or flying a drone is prohibited, except for permitted commercial filming, scientific research and law enforcement.
All glass containers are prohibited.
