Possessing or drinking alcohol in the park is banned only between 11pm and 6am. It is allowed at any other hour.
Fires may only be started in a designated grill, portable grill, or fireplace, never as an open beach fire, and must be fully put out after use.
A prefabricated 'quick tent' up to 20 feet by 20 feet, set up for an event or gathering, does not need a permit. Any larger or more permanent tent or structure needs a County Engineer permit.
