Alcohol is banned on all Oceanside city beaches, the jetties, the pier and every beach parking lot.
Fires are allowed only in the city fire rings, first come first served, and never between 11pm and 6am. Wood must be under 30 inches long and may not rise more than 2 feet above the ring, treated wood and pallets are banned, and the fire must be attended and put out with water rather than sand. A personal barbecue is allowed if it is raised off the ground.
Glass containers are banned on Oceanside beaches.
