Lot 1 (south end, near the snack bar) fills first. Lots 3 and 4 in the middle are usually the last to fill.
Summer weekends see the entire lot full by 10 AM -- arrive before 9 AM or after 4 PM.
PCH shoulder parking is legal in designated areas north of the main lot.
The restrooms and showers are in the central lot complex -- easiest access from Lot 3.
