Race Point is one of the best land-based whale-watching spots in North America. Bring binoculars. Humpbacks and fin whales feed off Stellwagen Bank from late April through October, often visible from the shoreline.

The Provincetown institution. Daily summer tea dance on the harbor deck at the Boatslip hotel, 4-7 PM. The signature social event of the Provincetown summer -- free to attend.
