Popham dining tips
This is a wild beach -- there is no strip. Spinney's and Percy's Store at Popham are essentially the only food right at the sand.
Pack a picnic. Percy's Store has provisions and lobster rolls; the beach and Fort Popham both have picnic tables and views.
For the full experience, drive to Five Islands Lobster Co. in Georgetown -- lobster on a working wharf over the harbor.
Almost everything out here is seasonal (roughly Memorial Day to Columbus Day); Bath, 20 minutes north, is the year-round dining town.
